Salah satu waktu yang bisa Anda manfaatkan untuk berolahraga adalah selepas berbuka puasa. Rabu, (20\/4\/22).<\/p>\n<p>Melakukan latihan fisik atau olahraga saat berpuasa di bulan Ramadan bisa dilakukan setelah berbuka puasa. Namun ada sejumlah hal yang harus diperhatikan agar tubuh mendapatkan manfaat. Waktu yang disarankan 1-2 jam setelah berbuka puasa.<\/p>\n<p>Jika hanya menyantap makanan dalam porsi lebih sedikit dan ringan setelah berbuka maka beri jeda sejam setelahnya untuk melakukan latihan fisik. Tetapi bila porsi makanan cenderung banyak, maka beri dua jam setelah berbuka puasa sebelum latihan.<\/p>\n<p>Merasa masih memiliki cadangan energi, maka boleh-boleh saja melakukan latihan fisik atau olahraga sebelum berbuka puasa, 30 menit atau satu jam sebelum berbuka puasa.<\/p>\n<p>Latihan fisik intensitas ringan saja karena kita belum makan, belum memberikan energi pada tubuh. Supaya setelah selesai berolahraga, kita bisa segera memberikan asupan energi ke dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>1. Waktu Lain untuk Berolahraga<\/p>\n<p>Waktu lain melakukan latihan fisik selama Ramadan juga bisa setelah makan sahur, idealnya satu jam setelah sahur. Anda hanya boleh melakukan latihan intensitas intensitas ringan karena umumnya masih melakukan aktivitas fisik sebelum berbuka.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengetahui intensitas latihan, bisa melakukan tes bicara. Latihan dikatakan intensitas ringan bila masih bisa mengobrol dan bernyanyi. Ketika sudah mulai sulit untuk bernyanyi tetapi masih bisa mengobrol nyaman maka latihan Anda sudah masuk intensitas sedang.<\/p>\n<p>Tetapi kalau sudah tidak bisa bernyanyi, ngomong sudah sepatah dua patah napas mulai terengah-engah berarti sudah masuk intensitas tinggi, jadi sebaiknya diturunkan.<\/p>\n<p>Latihan fisik selama Ramadan sebaiknya dilakukan secara teratur, minimal 30 menit setiap sesi dengan frekuensi minimal 3 kali seminggu dan dapat ditingkatkan hingga 5 kali sepekan. Intensitasnya pun sebatas ringan hingga sedang.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pentingnya Gaya Hidup Aktif<\/p>\n<p>Selain latihan fisik juga disarankan menerapkan gaya hidup aktif dengan melakukan minimal 10.000 langkah setiap hari.<\/p>\n<p>Bulan Ramadan berpuasa itu tidak ada alasan untuk kita malas bergerak. Bisa dilakukan minimal 10 menit setiap dua jam. Buat yang bekerja kantoran, jalan di tempat pun juga boleh, atau lakukan peregangan ringan di samping kursi atau meja<\/p>\n<p>Olahraga secara rutin tak hanya bermanfaat luar biasa bagi kesehatan saja.
