Kandungan zat besi brokoli matang adalah 1 mg per porsi atau per 150 gr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, kandungan folat dalam brokoli matang adalah 170 mcg per cangkir. Jumlah ini sudah bisa memenuhi \u2153 kebutuhan folat anak usia 10 tahun hingga orang dewasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Bayam<br \/>Sayuran ini terkenal akan kandungan zat besinya sehingga sangat disarankan untuk penderita anemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sayuran ini juga dilengkapi dengan vitamin C yang penting untuk mengoptimalkan penyerapan zat besi oleh tubuh.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
