Inspektorat Bakamla RI mengadakan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah dan Manajemen Risiko Bakamla RI Tahun 2024. Kegiatan secara resmi dibuka oleh Kepala Bakamla RI Laksdya TNI Dr. Irvansyah, S.H., M.Tr.Opsla., yang diwakili oleh Sestama Bakamla RI Laksda TNI Tatit E. Witjaksono, S.E., M.Tr (Han), di Aula Ary Hasibuan Mabes Bakamla RI, Jakarta Pusat, Kemarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemahaman mendalam tentang Sistem Perencanaan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan (SPPK) merupakan aspek krusial dalam pengelolaan keuangan publik. Strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas SPIP telah diidentifikasi, termasuk penerapan teknologi informasi dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dengan tujuan memastikan SPIP mencapai tingkat kematangan optimal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berbagai strategi dan pengalaman dieksplorasi dalam menerapkan SPIP yang terintegrasi dengan manajemen risiko untuk memastikan kelangsungan, efisiensi, dan ketahanan proyek-proyek pembangunan. Peserta dari beragam sektor berbagi pandangan serta solusi praktis terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan pengurangan risiko yang bisa diterapkan dalam kerangka pembangunan nasional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bimtek dilaksanakan selama tiga hari hingga tanggal 28 Februari 2024 ini, dilakukan secara daring dan luring. Peserta merupakan personel Bakamla RI baik yang berdinas di Mabes dan di Zona Bakamla RI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada kesempatan ini, turut hadir narasumber yang berkompeten di bidangnya, yakni Deputi Kepala BPKP Bidang Pengawasan Instansi Pemerintah Bidang Politik, Hukum, Keamanan, Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan Iwan Taufiq Purwanto, S.E., M.B.A., CGCAE., CRMP., QIA., CIAE. dan Direktur Pengawasan Bidang Pertahanan dan Keamanan BPKP Yan Setiadi, AK., M.B.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam sambutan yang dibacakan oleh Sestama Bakamla RI, Kepala Bakamla RI berharap melalui kegiatan ini, akan terbentuk kesamaan pola pikir dari para peserta berupa pola pikir SPIP, yaitu kesadaran pentingnya membentuk lingkungan pengendalian yang baik dengan pemetaan sekaligus analisis terhadap risiko.
