Beras hitam<br><br>Jenis beras yang lebih familiar biasanya beras putih atau beras merah. Namun, karena konsentrasi pigmen yang tinggi, butirannya lebih terlihat warna hitam.<br \/><br \/>Kandungan serat yang tinggi ini pun membuat beras hitam baik untuk kesehatan usus. Mulai dari mengatasi gangguan pencernaan dan memperlancar buang air besar.<br \/><br \/>2. Tempe<br \/><br \/>Tempe merupakan makanan nabati yang banyak dikonsumsi di Indonesia. Bahkan, tempe sering menjadi sumber protein utama.<br \/><br \/>Sayangnya, bagi beberapa masyarakat luar negeri, tempe tidak begitu menarik. Terlebih karena bentuknya seperti spons.<br \/><br \/>Meski begitu, tempe memiliki banyak manfaat kesehatan. Tempe merupakan hidangan paling bergizi yang terbuat dari kacang-kacangan karena komposisi mineral dan zat-zat yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan.<br \/><br \/>Serat pangan tinggi pada tempe bisa membantu memperbaiki pencernaan dan mencegah sembelit. Serat ini juga mampu menjaga keseimbangan flora usus yang sehat dan mengurangi risiko penyakit usus.<br \/><br \/>Konsumsi banyak tempe juga bisa meningkatkan kesehatan jantung, mencegah kanker, dan baik dalam mengendalikan rasa lapar.<br \/><br \/>3. Kombucha<br \/><br \/>Kombucha adalah minuman fermentasi yang memiliki manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Kombucha dibuat dengan mencampurkan strain bakteri tertentu, dengan gula, ragi, dan teh.<br \/><br \/>Barulah campuran tersebut difermentasi selama kurang lebih seminggu atau lebih. Proses fermentasi ini menghasilkan mikroorganisme probiotik yang melimpah sehingga bisa meningkatkan kesehatan pencernaan.<br \/><br \/>Beberapa penelitian, seperti yang disebut Ndtv menunjukkan hasil bahwa kombucha dapat membantu pemulihan sakit maag.<br \/><br \/>4. Sarden<br \/><br \/>Sarden merupaka ikan kecil berlemak yang biasanya dikemas dalam kaleng dan bisa langsung dimakan. Beberapa orang mungkin tidak suka jenis ikan ini. Padahal, nutrisinya baik untuk kesehatan.<br \/><br \/>Sarden merupakan ikan dengan kandungan asam lemak omega-3 tinggi yang dibutuhkan tubuh. Ikan ini juga kaya akan vitamin D, vitamin B, kalsium, selenium, dan sejumlah mineral penting lainnya.<br \/><br \/>Sarden juga bebas dari kontaminan lingkungan, seperti merkuri. Namun, perlu diingat, sarden terbaik yaitu sarden segar yang belum dikemas dalam kalengan.<br \/><br \/>Sebab, sarden kalengan banyak yang sudah diberi tambahan pengawet dan bahan berbahaya lainnya. Sarden pun memiliki manfaat baik, seperti menjaga fungsi tulang, jantung, dan otak.<br \/><br \/>5. Akar Celeriac<br \/><br \/>Tanaman celeriac mungkin belum terlalu familiar terdengar. Sekilas terdengar seperti celery atau seledri, tetapi beda.<br \/><br \/>Celeriac merupakan tanaman dengan bentuk bulat dan ukurannya seperti lobak. Akar celeriac sendiri justru masuk ke dalam keluarga wortel.
