EDUKADI.COM –<\/strong> Cirebon, Seorang pengedar obat sediaan farmasi tanpa izin edar dibekuk Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polresta Cirebon. Kali ini, pria berinisial BS (25) yang berhasil diamankan di kosannya yang berlokasi di Perumahan Griya Makmur, Desa Palimanan Timur, Kecamatan Palimanan, Kabupaten Cirebon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Tersangka berinisial BS merupakan warga Desa Beberan, Kecamatan Palimanan. Dia diamankan di kosannya di Desa Palimanan Timur, pada Senin (12\/09\/2022) sekitar pukul 12.00,” papar Kapolresta Cirebon Kombes Pol Arif Budiman melalui Kasat Narkoba Kompol Danu Raditya Atmaja didampingi Kasi Humas Polresta Cirebon Iptu Moch. Fadholi, S.H., kepada Wartawan, Selasa (27\/09\/2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penangkapan tersangka bermula informasi kalau pria identitas BS kerapkali menjual obat-obatan terlarang. Karena itu, petugas ke lapangan memantau pergerakan BS. Saat dicurigai ada banyak obat-obatan keras pada tersangka. Polisi langsung menggerebek di kosannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pelaku berhasil diamankan tanpa perlawanan. Polisi juga melakukan penggeledahan di kosan tersangka. Hasilnya, sejumlah barang bukti berupa 456 butir jenis Trihexyphedil, 239 butir jenis pil Tramadol, uang tunai hasil penjualan sebesar Rp. 475.000, ponsel jenis Vivo dan tas selepang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kepada polisi, BS mengakui barang tersebut adalah miliknya yang hendak diedarkan. “Hasil dari interogasi awal barang milik BS didapat dengan cara membeli kepada Ryang berlokasi di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan sistem online. Kita masih dalami keberadaan R,” katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akibat dari perbuatannya itu, tersangka kini mendekam di balik jeruji Polresta Cirebon dan dijerat dengan pasal 196 jo pasal 197 Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan. (Agung)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
